Finally, a PAT testing option for HMOs that brakes the mould. Purplewood Electrical now offer an annual HMO PAT Test service that you can pay for monthly. No large up front payments, simply pay per property, per month. Add on new properties as and when you wish. We offer terms up to five years, and with that longest term, we also offer End of Term Testing for just £1 extra a month - meaning, if you choose not to renew at the end of this or any future term, we will be out to complete your PAT Testing one more time to say thanks & good bye.
